NACOSA is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Grant Finance Officer to join our Finance Team. The successful candidate will provide financial and accounting support to the organisation and work closely with allocated implementing partners to ensure that grant-related financial transactions are accurate, compliant, and aligned with donor requirements and approved budgets. The role will be responsible for supporting the verification and monitoring of implementing partners' monthly transactions, facilitating monthly disbursements, and providing accounting and financial management support to strengthen partners' capacity and compliance.
The duties and responsibilities

- Support the Finance Team in reviewing and verifying implementing partners' monthly financial transactions.
- Monitor expenditure against approved budgets and donor requirements.
- Ensure transactions and supporting documentation comply with donor rules, organisational policies, and financial procedures.
- Assist with the processing and review of monthly grant disbursements.
- Conduct financial compliance assessments and follow up on identified issues.
- Provide accounting and financial management support to implementing partners.
