- Assist in the origination and execution of M&A transactions, debt and equity offerings, and other corporate finance activities.
- Develop complex financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction analysis.
- Prepare pitch books, confidential information memorandums (CIMs), and other client-facing materials.
- Conduct thorough industry research, market analysis, and due diligence for potential transactions.
- Manage client relationships and actively participate in deal negotiations and structuring.
- Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution.
- Excellent understanding of capital markets, financial instruments, and corporate finance principles.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
