We re recruiting experienced Banking Telesales Consultants for a leading financial services company. Successful candidates will engage customers telephonically and offer tailored Life and Funeral Plan solutions.

An NQF 6 qualification in Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services is required. This includes (but isn t limited to):

• National Diploma / Diploma in Banking, Financial Services, Financial Management, Accounting, Credit Management, Insurance (Short-Term or Long-Term), Financial Planning, Risk Management, Investment Management, Wealth Management, or Internal Auditing
• BCom in Finance, Financial Management, Accounting, Economics, or Investment Management
• BTech in Banking or Financial Information Systems
• BBA in Financial Services
• Advanced Diploma in Banking, Insurance, Financial Planning, or Risk Management

• Banking or financial services experience
• Telesales or sales experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products
• Life and/or funeral product experience is a plus
• Target-driven, professional, and self-motivated
