Purpose of the Job:
To oversee the Group’s financial operations, reporting, controls, and stakeholder relationships.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA(SA) advantageous.
- Proficient in Great Soft, Simply Pay, Xero.
- Strong knowledge of SARS compliance and tax submissions, including EMP
201, EMP
501, and VAT
201
. - Prepare annual financial statements and monthly management reports.
- Oversee invoicing, debtors, creditors, payroll, and cash flow.
- Manage financial systems, processes, controls, and intercompany reconciliations.
- Ensure SARS and accounting compliance, including tax submissions and audits.
- Maintain fixed asset records and liaise with IT providers on financial systems.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Honesty and integrity.
