A well-established investment and holding group operating across multi-entity commercial industries (including automotive, fleet/rental, workshop, and corporate operations) is seeking a sharp, hands-on Group Financial Manager .

• Group Financial Control & Management Accounts:
  Oversee full-function month-end closes, review trial balances, complete balance sheet reconciliations, and prepare management accounts and cash-flow forecasts across multiple operating entities.
• Leadership & Team Management:
  Lead, mentor, and review the daily work of internal accounting and administrative staff to drive financial accuracy and consistency across the group.
• Treasury & Banking Controls:
  Monitor daily group cash flow, manage banking facilities, and authorise/release critical operational payments.
• Tax & Statutory Compliance:
  Coordinate and ensure complete accuracy for group VAT, EMP
  201, EMP
  501, and provisional tax submissions via eFiling, liaising directly with external tax practitioners.
• Payroll & Intercompany Management:
  Oversee monthly group payroll processing, handle intercompany loan reconciliations, interest calculations, and shareholder funding schedules.
• Operational Systems & Decision Support:
  Interrogate financial flows between operational/rental/workshop systems and the accounting software (Quick Books Online), providing strategic financial modeling and scenario analysis for executive leadership.

Education:

Relevant tertiary degree in Accounting or Finance (BCom / BCompt or equivalent required). Professional designations (
