FINANCIAL MANAGER

Salary:
Negotiable depending on experience
Newly qualified CA or CIMA-qualified, or a BCom with experience
Minimum requirements:

• SYSPRO experienced
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements and financial reports
• Prepare annual budgets and forecasts and monitor actual performance against budget
• Manage cash flow, payments, collections and working capital
• Analyse financial results, variances, costs and profitability and provide insights to management
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial reconciliations
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end financial close processes
• Oversee VAT, PAYE, income tax and other SARS compliance requirements
• Manage the audit process and provide the required financial information and supporting documentation to auditors
• Implement and maintain effective financial controls, processes and procedures
• Advise management on financial performance, costs, risks and business opportunities
• Identify and implement improvements to accounting systems, processes and financial procedures
