We're looking for an experienced Senior Financial / Investment Advisors Assistant / Administrator to support our Financial Planning team and help deliver exceptional service to our clients.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting our Financial & Investment Advisors with day-to-day administration
• Preparing and processing local and offshore investment instructions
• Managing client onboarding and maintaining accurate records
• Processing client payments and investment transactions
• Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, service providers and internal departments
• Assisting with trust administration, tax documentation and client reporting
• Keeping everythingcompliant, organised and running smoothly
• Providing general administrative and secretarial support to the team
• Have experience in asimilar Financial Advisor Assistant or Broker Support role
• Have experience withinvestment administration and client servicing
• Are highly organised and love working to deadlines
• Enjoy building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Take ownership andpride in your work

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience working with investment platforms or CRM systems
• Knowledge of localand offshore investments
