Financial Manager

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies, plans, and budgets.

• Provide financial leadership and strategic guidance to the executive team and department heads.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, reporting standards (IFRS), and tax requirements.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Professional certification such as CA(SA) or CFA is essential.
• Over 7 years of experience in financial management, with a proven track record in strategic planning and execution.
• Extensive knowledge of financial modeling, corporate finance , and investment analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and leading finance teams.
• Expertise in financial reporting standards and South African tax laws.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills .
