The Sales Support Officer supports the Sales team by coordinating client onboarding, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth internal workflows to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

• Assist in onboarding new clients by reviewing and organizing KYC and account documentation
• Coordinate with Customer Support, and Back Office to ensure smooth account opening
• Maintain accurate client records and update CRM tools with client data and interactions
• Prepare and manage client contracts, forms, and follow-up communications
• Track and follow up on pending applications and documents
• Ensure all tasks comply with internal procedures

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Banking, or related field
• Limited previous experience is a plus / 0–2 years of experience in sales support, customer services, or administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Good written and verbal communication skills
