Chartered Accountant; Ca; Sa Saica Registered

• Lead and oversee the financial reporting function, ensuring compliance with IFRS and statutory requirements
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes
• Provide commercial and financial insights to support executive decision-making
• Drive financial performance analysis and identify opportunities for business improvement
• Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and governance frameworks
• Oversee audit processes and liaise with external auditors and relevant stakeholders
• Partner with senior leadership to support growth strategies, investment decisions, and operational efficiencies
• Lead, mentor, and develop finance teams to ensure high performance and succession planning
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes and systems

• BCom Accounting, Financial Management, or a related finance qualification
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA))

• Currently employed in a Finance Manager, Financial Manager, Head of Finance, Finance Business Partner, Group Accountant, Financial Controller, Finance Director, or similar finance leadership role
• Post-articles experience within commercial finance, financial management, reporting, audit, or advisory environments
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and corporate governance principles
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business partnering
• Proven ability to influence strategic decision-making through financial insights
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience managing finance teams and driving performance
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and commercial acumen
• Experience using ERP systems and financial reporting tools
