Group Financial Manager

• Lead the group's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, providing strategic financial advice.
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of consolidated financial statements for multiple entities in accordance with IFRS .
• Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and investment activities to optimize financial resources.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls and risk management frameworks.
• Mentor and lead a team of finance professionals, fostering their development and performance.

• A professional accounting qualification such as CA(SA) , ACCA, or equivalent is essential.
• Extensive experience (8+ years) in financial management, preferably within a group structure or large corporation.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, investment appraisal, and risk management principles.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, and financial modeling .
