Position: Senior SPA Therapist (5-star Hospitality)

SENIOR SPA THERAPIST (5-STAR Hospitality) TOKAI, Cape Town South (SOUTHERN SUBURBS), Western Cape (ZA) START:

ASAP / 01 March 2026

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS
  • Monday – Sunday
  • Shifts (Open / Close - rotate)
  • 08:00am - 17:00pm / 10:00am - 19:00pm
  • 1x Weekend off per month + days off in the week
REPORT TO:

SPA Director

EMPLOYMENT:

Permanent / Full-Time

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS
  • R12,600 Basic Salary per month

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • South African citizen OR valid permit for employment in South Africa
  • Able to work hospitality hours which include weekends, major public holidays and at times based on operational requirements
  • Must be based within the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town OR have reliable transport if traveling - traveling however, must be reliable and feasible
  • Relevant diploma / certification obtained in SPA, Beauty, Cosmetology or Somatology
  • CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / BABTAC - internationally recognized accreditation
  • At least FIVE (5+) years experience in SPA Therapy offering a variety of SPA services
  • Treatment Skills :
    Confident across advanced massage, facials, body treatments, beauty treatments
  • Fit and healthy to perform therapies back to back (able to stand on your feet for extended periods of time)
  • Beautifully groomed and looking the part of a 5-star therapist - you are your own advertisement and you represent our brand
  • Able to build rapport with local and international guests from all walks of life, including VIP's and UHNW Clients
