Lead Nail Technician and Educator

• Perform a full range of professional nail services, including manicures, pedicures, gel, acrylic, and advanced nail art.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of nail technicians, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules on new techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
• Manage inventory of nail care products and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Implement and enforce hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional Nail Technician .
• Proven experience in a supervisory or training role is highly preferred.
• Expertise in various nail enhancement systems (gel, acrylic) and artistic nail design.
• Excellent understanding of nail anatomy, health, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create and deliver engaging training content.
