Our client seeks an experienced and dynamic Senior Beauty Therapist and Spa Manager to lead their esteemed spa facility in Cape Town
. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily spa operations, managing a team of therapists, ensuring exceptional client service, and delivering high-quality treatments. You will be responsible for maintaining the spa's reputation for excellence, driving revenue through service and product sales, and fostering a serene and professional atmosphere. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with a deep understanding of beauty treatments and spa management, passionate about creating memorable experiences for clients.
- Supervise and mentor a team of beauty therapists, ensuring adherence to service standards and protocols.
- Manage spa appointments, scheduling, inventory, and operational logistics effectively.
- Deliver a comprehensive range of beauty treatments, including massages, facials, waxing, and nail services.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing clients.
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and achieve revenue targets for the spa.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Beauty Therapist
, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role. - Relevant professional qualifications in Beauty Therapy and Spa Management.
- Expertise in a wide array of spa treatments and product knowledge.
- Strong leadership, team management, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in spa management software and point-of-sale systems.
