We invite you to apply for the role of Speech Therapy Specialist with Dr Greyling & Associates Incorporated’s Clinical Quality Team. This remote‑first position leads evidence‑based speech therapy across our integrated practice units.

AboutThe Role
The Speech Therapy Specialist is responsible for writing and improving speech therapy protocols, auditing and analysing outcomes, and enhancing capability within therapy teams nationwide.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with other specialists in the Clinical Quality Team to define and continuously improve speech therapy and other clinical protocols.
- Travel regularly to integrated practice units nationwide, building capability across therapy teams through structured audits and mentorship.
- Conduct and disseminate high quality research on the application of speech therapy within our integrated practice units.
- Serve as the custodian of DG&A–SASLHA relations, supporting regulatory alignment and continued professional development.
Guaranteed monthly remuneration: R 52 896.00 CTC (benefits included).
About You- Passion for speech therapy and respect for its role in physical rehabilitation.
- Strong alignment with the Guidelines for Good Practice in the Healthcare Professions and the Ethical Rules of Conduct for Registered Health Practitioners (HPCSA).
- A natural mentor and coach who is empathetic and approachable.
- A self‑starter with a preference for collaboration and teamwork.
- Registered with the HPCSA’s Professional Board for Speech Language and Hearing Professions in the Independent Practice category.
- Proven experience contributing to the development of speech therapy policies, processes, and automated systems within integrated practice units comprising more than six health‑care professions.
- Demonstrated experience in speech therapy research, conference presentations and/or peer‑reviewed publications.
- In‑depth knowledge of the Health Professions Act, 1974 and the associated HPCSA regulations and guidelines.
