Stability Administrator

BIOVAC is one of the leading sterile vaccine manufacturers rooted in Africa, with our core purpose being to "protect life". We are looking to hire a dynamic, passionate, confident, proactive and meticulous Stability Administrator to join a goal-oriented team.

• Matric certificate / grade 12 or equivalent.

• 1+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical industry and laboratory environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and electronic systems for data capturing.

• Update all the laboratory corporate documents (SOPs and forms) according to periodic review dates, CAPA actions and regulatory requirements alongside the key stakeholder/s.
• Maintain the training files / documentation for all laboratory staff, tracking overall training adherence.
• Tracking closure of all internal and external audit responses and follow-ups with responsible personnel.
• Pulling samples from the stability chambers as per set stability trial pull dates.
• Tracking the overall safety adherence within the laboratory ensuring all certificates (e.g. first aid, fire marshal, safety representative) remains current.
• Track all compliance and stability protocols requiring Adobe signatures for completion.
• Perform duties as reasonably required, within your scope of practice.
