Senior Professional Nurse - Training

• Diploma/degree in General Nursing, Midwifery and Community Nursing Science and Nursing

• Certificate in Primary Healthcare
• Current registration with SANC
• At least five (5) to six (6) years’ experience
• A valid driver’s licence.

• Plan, coordinate and implement training programmes for City Health staff
• Coach, mentor and supervise staff
• Participate in the development of self and others
• Monitor, evaluate and analyse training programmes
• Collaborate externally and internally with professional and non‑professional staff on training matters
• Apply administrative and reporting procedures regarding training
• Attend to diverse functions as requested by Manager
• Perform functions in an acting capacity.
