Pharmacy Retail Sales Representative - Cape Town

The role forms part of the Advanced Wound Care Division and is responsible for driving revenue growth and brand loyalty across three primary channels:
General Practitioners (GPs), Independent and Corporate Pharmacies, and Pharmacy-led Clinics. This role reports to the Business Unit Director and collaborates with Marketing (for lead generation).

• Identify new leads, conducting sales calls with GPs and Pharmacies to meet monthly targets.
• Develop and maintain a regular calling pattern and report accordingly.
• Conduct In‑Service training for clinic nurses and pharmacists.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients, monitor stock levels on pharmacy shelves and ensure product visibility.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in medical devices or pharmaceutical sales.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Physiology, etc.), Nursing, or a Business/Marketing degree with a strong technical aptitude.
• A valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
