Respond to communications from guests via email, telephone and other external platforms. Create and maintain reservations, guest and company profiles, send confirmation letters, handle requests, cancellations, and modifications, and perform all tasks promptly and professionally. Assist with any other duties requested by senior management within the scope of this role.

• Minimum Matric (grade 12)
• Previous experience in the hotel industry
• Knowledge in reservations
