Any Van, a global logistics technology leader headquartered in Cape Town, is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to drive high‑volume hiring across commercial and sales functions. In this role you will operate at scale, bringing in 100–150 high‑performing hires each year and ensuring every candidate delivers a top‑notch experience.
What you’ll be doing- Own the hiring game
:
Run high‑volume recruitment with precision, personality, and pace, ensuring every candidate has a great experience from first chat to first day. - Get creative
:
Use every sourcing trick in the book (and invent a few new ones) to find the best talent in the toughest markets. - Be the talent whisperer
:
Build instant rapport, assess quickly and accurately, and lock in top performers before competitors do. - Keep the data clean
:
Master Ashby for accurate reporting and smart decisions. - Partner with purpose
:
Guide hiring managers through smooth, speedy processes and ensure no great candidate slips through the cracks.
- Solid experience in volume hiring in a fast‑moving commercial or sales‑driven environment.
- International recruiting experience (UK background is a bonus).
- A self‑starter attitude – you identify challenges and solve them.
- Smart, scalable sourcing strategies that deliver quality quickly.
- Killer communication and influencing skills; candidates trust you, stakeholders love you.
- A bias for action – you make things happen quickly.
- Ability to commute to the Cape Town CBD office three days a week.
