About the Role
This role requires an experienced Senior HR Strategist to develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the hotel's vision, mission, and goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure consistent excellence in service delivery.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies, including recruitment, learning and development, and retention.
- Champion a strong, values-driven culture that enhances employee engagement and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation and hospitality best practices.
- Provide strategic advice to the Executive Committee on workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations.
- Use HR analytics to measure impact and guide decision-making.
- Foster a collaborative work environment that promotes open communication, diversity, and inclusion.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the hotel remains competitive.
