The Unilever Future Leaders Program (UFLP) is a full‑time accelerated management trainee programme where fresh graduates and young professionals are fast‑tracked into readiness for leadership roles in three years.

The programme is open to all graduating students in and professionals with a maximum of two years of work experience.

You have obtained your bachelor's degree and have not had more than two years of work experience at the start date of the UFLP (1 August).

Our online application period runs until December 16.

You will need to have finished Stage 2, the Online Assessment, by the end of the online application period to be eligible for the Unilever Future Leaders Program.
