Montague Gardens is seeking to appoint an Assistant Human Resources Practitioner to assist the Snr HR Practitioner with day-to-day duties. The focus will be on the implementation of company policies and procedures and employee relations practices; recruitment, selection and assessment processes; in addition, HR administration relating to the implementation of performance management, payroll, training and development, organisational structure maintenance, employment equity and the execution of monthly and legislative reporting.
