Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you! - Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you.

Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Your missions- Lead UX design activities from discovery to delivery: user research, persona definition, information architecture, wire framing, prototyping, and testing.
- Conduct user workshops and interviews to understand business needs, user behavior, and usability challenges.
- Collaborate daily with product managers, architects, and front‑end developers to ensure designs are both user‑centered and technically feasible.
- Translate functional requirements into high‑fidelity mock‑ups and design systems using Figma, aligned with the client’s design guidelines.
- Maintain a close feedback loop with end users and client teams through agile iterations, design reviews, and usability testing sessions.
- Ensure consistency and accessibility across all screens and components.
- Support developers during implementation, performing design QA to ensure visual and interaction fidelity.
- Document and present UX decisions, rationale, and research outcomes.
- Experience in UX/UI design for complex web applications or SaaS products, ideally in large enterprise or regulated industries (aerospace, defense, technology, or public sector).
- Strong knowledge of UX research methodologies, usability testing, and information architecture.
- Proven experience creating user journeys, wireframes, mock‑ups, and design systems.
- Familiarity with Agile principles, including backlog management and iterative delivery.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to translate technical constraints into clear UX decisions.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to bridge users, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Academic background:
Degree in UX Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Digital Media, or a related field. - Fluent English. French is a plus.
