• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for SharePoint and Atlassian solutions.
• Design, develop, and deliver SharePoint sites, Power Apps, automated workflows, and custom components.
• Use Visual Studio, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Shell, and Python for automation.
• Integrate SharePoint with enterprise systems and ensure end‑to‑end process automation.
• Architect and configure Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Service Management) to meet business needs.
• Automate using Jira Automation, Service Management, and develop custom dashboards and reports.
• Maintain access control, manage user and security groups, and troubleshoot SharePoint and Atlassian solutions.
• Document solutions, train users, and lead knowledge transfer sessions.
• Drive security & compliance by applying ISO and SOX requirements and adopting a security‑first mindset.
• Stay current with SharePoint, Power Platform, Atlassian, and AI trends; propose and implement improvements.

• 3‑5 years of SharePoint development (2019/Online) with SPFx, Visual Studio, Power Apps.
• 2+ years of React development.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, web parts, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Shell, Python.
• Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Microsoft Certified:
  SharePoint Developer Associate.
• Experience with Office
  365 integration, agile scrum, source control, CI/CD (Git/Git Hub).
• Knowledge of MS SQL Server, Mongo
  
  DB, HTML/CSS, UML.
• Atlassian administration, architecture, backend knowledge, Atlassian University certifications.
