High-Performance Server Engineer Role

Key Responsibilities:

• We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to fill the position of High-Performance Server Engineer.
• As a key member of our Internet Service & Network Specialist team, the successful candidate will provide expert-level support for Hyper‑V, Exchange, and Cloud Infrastructure.
• Provide proactive management and maintenance of Hyper‑V systems.
• Support and proactively manage Exchange services ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
• Offer comprehensive Microsoft support and guidance.
• Analyze system health with in-depth reporting and implement corrective actions.
• Design and implement new solutions to improve infrastructure efficiency.
• Collaborate with second‑line support engineers to resolve complex technical issues.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• MCSE Certification.
• At least 10 years' experience supporting data centre software in a senior position.

• Proficient in Cloud Services (Azure), Virtualisation (VMware v Sphere, MS Hyper‑V) and MS infrastructure (Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, SCCM).
