As a WFM Technical Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering end-to-end implementations of our partner's technology. You will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, build and integrate the system to align with business needs, and ensure a seamless transition to future ways of working. Your expertise will help clients optimise their WFM processes, improve employee experiences, and leverage exciting technology.

Location:

This is a hybrid role based in Cape Town approx. 3 days in the office 8‑5 pm. If you're applying from another location, please be aware relocation to Cape Town will be required and would need to be arranged personally.

• Client engagement, stakeholder management and relationship building
• Upskilling on new partner solutions to become a leader of a variety of WFM software solutions
• Technical requirements gathering, scope definition and challenging current ways of working
• To‑be technical, integration and end‑to‑end solution design
• System configuration and solution build to meet customer needs
• Data transformation and migration
• Testing, user support and iterative solution implementation
• Post‑implementation support to ensure solutions fully fit for purpose
• Working closely with team members and clients to ensure the successful execution of consulting projects
• Supporting the growth of our dynamic boutique consultancy across a wide variety of areas

This role provides a unique opportunity for a proactive and driven individual. We are looking for applicants who have:

• Proven experience in implementing WFM solutions.
• Strong understanding of frontline worker processes and best practice.
• Hands‑on technical integration experience with WFM systems and solutions.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into system solutions.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Focus on being a team player, the ability to support and develop others to deliver team outcomes.
• Flexibility and good prioritisation skills with an ability to manage a variety of tasks whilst keeping things organised.
