It Systems Analyst

Overview

Reference: ITE******-DAP-1 Our client is on the lookout for an IT Systems Analyst to join their dynamic team in Epping. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of the shop floor control system and various local/global applications within their manufacturing and distribution facility.

• Master application source code using Visual Studio and C# and implement necessary changes.
• Develop and modify reports with Crystal Reports.
• Proficiency in SQL for database management.
• Enhance manufacturing processes and provide training for end-users.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Manufacturing departments for system alignment.
• Manage operational tasks such as printing and scanning activities.
• Shop Floor Control System - Andromeda.
• Local and Specialist Applications or Systems:
  Partner with vendors to support specialist applications; ensure effective user training and compliance with SOPs; manage various systems including Tonello washing machines, CCTV/security systems, payroll systems, etc.
• Global Applications:
  Support global applications such as SAP, CARTs, PLM; collaborate with global teams for local customization and testing.
• Infrastructure Environment:
  Coordinate with Wipro DSE for IT support services; manage external IT purchases and installations; collaborate with SAMEA IT Manager on non-Wipro initiatives.

• A good understanding of C# and Visual Studio for software development.
• Strong business analysis and report writing skills.
• Experience with Crystal Reports and SQL.
• Comprehensive understanding of clothing manufacturing and distribution processes.
• Familiarity with SAP, payroll, time and attendance systems.
• Basic knowledge of IT hardware and networking principles.
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or related field.

Permanent position based in Epping. 40-hour workweek with occasional overtime. Reports to Plant Management Team.
