The Role:

Salesforce Consultant

As a Salesforce Consultant, you'll take the lead in delivering tailored Salesforce solutions that align with client goals. From requirement gathering to solution design, configuration, training, and ongoing support, you'll own the full project lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction at every step. You'll also work across multiple clouds, including CPQ and Revenue Operations, where relevant.

Key Responsibilities

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant
• Act as the primary client contact for business analysis and solution mapping
• Gather and validate functional and technical requirements
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions, including CPQ and Rev Ops where applicable
• Configure and customise Salesforce to meet client specifications
• Manage data migration from legacy systems
• Develop and carry out test plans to ensure solution quality
• Deliver user training and support for adoption
• Create detailed documentation, including process flows and user guides
• Support project management, timelines, and issue resolution
• Provide post-implementation support and recommend enhancements

About You

• 3+ years Salesforce consulting experience with successful implementations
• Broad knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales, Service, Nonprofit Cloud, and CPQ/Rev Ops
• Salesforce certifications preferred:
  Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
