We are seeking an Experienced SEO Manager to take ownership of our organic search strategy and deliver significant gains in visibility, traffic, and conversion performance. This role is ideal for a seasoned SEO professional with advanced technical expertise, strategic leadership experience, and a strong track record of delivering measurable results.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and lead a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business objectives.

Oversee all technical, on‑page, and off‑page SEO initiatives across multiple digital properties.

Conduct deep technical audits to improve crawlability, site speed, UX, and overall performance.

Guide content creation through keyword strategy, content briefs, and topical authority frameworks.

Manage link‑building strategies and authority‑building initiatives.

Build dashboards, analyze data, and present insights to leadership.

Collaborate with developers, content creators, designers, and cross-functional teams.

Mentor and oversee the SEO Marketing Specialist and support their career development.

Stay ahead of algorithm updates, emerging tools, and SEO industry innovations.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:

Associate degree, certification, or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

5+ years of progressive SEO experience with proven results.

Expert-level knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO.

Proficiency with advanced SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, GSC, GA4).

Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Exceptional analytical, reporting, and strategic planning abilities.

Nice-to-Have

Experience managing multi-site, global, or multilingual SEO programs.

Familiarity with structured data, schema markup, and advanced technical SEO fixes.

Knowledge of CRO (conversion rate optimization) or A/B testing tools.

Experience with marketing automation platforms (Hub Spot, Marketo).

Exposure to paid search, social media strategy, or integrated digital marketing campaigns.
