Are you motivated by optimizing high‑impact paid search campaigns and driving measurable results? We are looking for a Paid Search (PPC) Specialist to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will manage, refine, and scale PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and additional paid search platforms to help us reach new audiences, increase conversions, and maximize overall ROI.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and social media search networks.
  • Conduct in‑depth keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and run A/B tests to continuously elevate campaign performance.
  • Monitor campaign metrics, analyze performance data, and provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee budget allocation, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to achieve maximum ROI and minimize wasted spend.
  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to ensure PPC efforts align with broader business objectives and brand initiatives.
  • Track, measure, and report on KPIs, conversions, and other essential performance metrics.
  • Conduct competitive research to identify industry trends, search opportunities, and areas where we can outperform competitors.
  • Support the creation and optimization of landing pages and ad creative to improve conversion rates.
  • Stay current with paid search trends, emerging tools, platform updates, and industry best practices.
  • CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on PPC campaign management experience.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Data Studio.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and ad copywriting skills.
  • Google Ads Certification preferred.
  • Nice-to-Have

  • Experience running paid ads on social platforms (Facebook, Linked In, Tik Tok).
  • Understanding of SEO principles and how PPC integrates with organic strategies.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Hub Spot, Marketo, or similar).
  • Experience managing campaigns for e‑commerce or lead‑generation initiatives.
