• Matric, or related qualification
• Information Technology Degree or related certification
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
• Friendly and supportive demeanour

• Manage the office network and all connectivity
• Ensure all staff are adequately equipped from a software and hardware perspective
• When problems occur, ensure staff are assisted timeously
• Manage technical resources and support services
• Ensure stability and speedy downtime recovery
• Manage relationships with vendors/suppliers
• Ensure technical budget is in line with the company objectives
• Manage access control
• Manage the security of the office environment
• Create and manage the Risk plan and disaster recovery plan
