Responsibilities

  • Resolving client queries - via telephone, ticketing system, or emails.
  • Test new system functionality and collaborate with developers on fixes.
  • Diagnose system issues and bugs.
  • Create, review, and maintain clear user documentation.
Qualifications
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Min 2 years’ IT System administration experience
  • Experience in report writing and working at a software helpdesk
  • Computer literate in MS Office
  • Between 1 - 3 Years
