Overview

Our client in Century City, CT is seeking a driven creative Digital Marketer & Lead Generation Associate to join their growing team. This role is hands on for someone who loves digital marketing, content creation and lead generation with a proven ability to convert leads to maximize return on investment.

Qualifications

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years relevant experience in digital marketing and content creation.
  • Must have a valid South Africa Driver’s license.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Linked In Campaign Manager, etc).
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, or similar).
  • Graphic design and video editing capabilities (Canva, Adobe Suite and other editing platforms).
  • Must have a proficient understanding of website functionality and back-end programming languages.
  • Strong communication and copywriting abilities.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Analytical mindset. Able to track results and improve campaigns.
  • Portfolio of previous content work (written, graphic, and/or video) is advantageous.
  • Proactive and self-motivated. / Adaptable and open to feedback.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability / A self-starter with energy, creativity, and drive.
Responsibilities

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

Digital Marketing, Lead Generation & Campaign Execution

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Linked In, social media, and email
  • Run and optimize Google Ads campaigns to generate high-intent leads for targeted service lines.
  • Manage Linked In outreach campaigns to connect with key decision-makers and drive B2B engagement.
  • Develop targeted lead-generation strategies, including landing pages, funnels, and lead magnets.
  • Build and maintain CRM databases with accurate lead information and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Nurture leads through automated email sequences, client-nurturing campaigns, and remarketing strategies.
  • Support the sales team by delivering qualified, sales-ready leads through structured digital channels.
  • Opportunity to propose, plan and execute customer focused events, as well as staff events.

Content Creation, Branding & Digital Assets

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media, blogs, newsletters, and digital ads.
  • Capture and edit photos and videos for promotional and brand purposes.
  • Produce multimedia content including graphics, reels, and short-form videos.
  • Write blogs, case studies, client stories, and thought-leadership content to strengthen brand presence.
  • Develop and maintain content calendars ensuring consistent posting and brand alignment.
  • Keep the website updated with SEO-friendly content to improve ranking and user experience.
  • Website Maintenance.
  • Keep updating and improving sales’ s digital proposal presentation so we stand out over our competitors.
  • Create content and campaign showcasing startups.

Reputation Management & Online Engagement

  • Manage Google ratings and reviews, responding professionally and timeously.
  • Run Google review acquisition campaigns to increase ratings and strengthen online credibility.
  • Grow Linked In presence through strategic, regular, and engaging posting.
  • Engage with online audiences and monitor brand sentiment/perception across platforms.
  • Conduct competitor research and market trend analysis to identify opportunities and improvement areas.
  • Recommend innovative strategies to stay ahead of competitors.

Analytics, Reporting & Performance Optimization

  • Track campaign performance and report on leads, conversions, ROI, and cost-per-lead.
  • Monitor and analyze digital metrics to refine and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports covering web traffic, lead flow, engagement, and conversion analytics.
  • Use analytics tools to optimize keyword strategy, targeting, content effectiveness, and ad performance.
  • Suggest improvements and data-driven recommendations to maximize marketing ROI and lead quality.

Salary: R18000 – R20000 per month dependent on experience
