We are seeking a skilled SQL Developer / ETL Developer with at least 3 years of experience to join our BI delivery team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining data integration and BI solutions using the Microsoft technology stack. This role requires strong SQL expertise, hands-on SSIS experience, and a solid understanding of data warehousing principles to support reporting, analytics, and business decision-making.

• Design, develop, optimise, and maintain complex SQL Server queries, views, stored procedures, and functions.
• Build, enhance, and support ETL pipelines using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to ingest, transform, and load data into data warehouses and data marts.
• Participate in BI projects, delivering trusted datasets for dashboards, reports, and analytical models.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Design and support dimensional data models (fact and dimension tables).
• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimise SQL Server and SSIS packages.
• Maintain technical documentation, including ETL mappings, data models, and process flows.
• Support deployments and production environments using Azure Dev Ops or similar tools.
• Apply best practices for version control, change management, and CI/CD within the Microsoft ecosystem.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a SQL / BI / ETL Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL), including performance tuning and query optimisation.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, including dimensional modelling (Star/Snowflake schemas).
• Experience across the Microsoft BI stack, including SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS and/or Power BI (advantageous).
