As a Technical Product Manager - Integrations at Bookboost, you will take an active role in shaping and managing the ambitious integration strategy for Bookboost’s Customer Data Platform (CDP). You will work directly with internal and external stakeholders ranging from engineers, product managers, partnerships, and external agencies to ensure our position as the market’s most connected Customer Data Platform becomes a reality.

We envision the right candidate for this role as someone who considers themselves truly AI-native—if you are comfortable in building basic (or complex) integrations with the help of AI, this is a role that is perfect for you. Furthermore, you will be the custodian and subject matter expert of our public-facing APIs, the CDP API and the Chatbot API which will scale from supporting tens to thousands of integrated partners over the coming 18 months.

You will work directly with internal and external stakeholders ranging from engineers, product managers, partnerships, and external agencies to ensure our position as the market’s most connected Customer Data Platform becomes a reality.

Furthermore, you will be the custodian and subject matter expert of our public-facing APIs, the CDP API and the Chatbot API which will scale from supporting 10s to 1000s of integrated partners over the coming 18 months.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to prioritize the product roadmap for integrations and APIs, balancing partner needs, developer experience, and business impact
  • Conduct discovery through partner interviews, API usage analysis, and developer feedback to identify integration pain points and opportunities
  • Define product requirements, API specifications, and success metrics in collaboration with engineering, partnerships, and customer success teams
  • Work closely with engineering to scope new integrations and API enhancements — making tradeoffs and ensuring smooth execution from design through launch
  • Analyze integration performance and adoption using SQL, API analytics, and customer feedback to inform iterations and prioritization
  • Partner with external technical teams (PMS/OTAs) and internal account management to understand integration challenges, troubleshoot blockers, and translate insights into product improvements
  • Champion integration reliability and developer experience — identify patterns in API issues, advocate for better documentation and tooling, and ensure monitoring and error handling are prioritized
  • Be the voice of integration partners and developers within the organization — spotting gaps, driving alignment on API strategy, and ensuring we’re building what enables seamless connectivity
Your profile Experience & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in integrations management, technical programme management or product management in a data-intensive or API-driven B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep understanding of data products, API integrations, and data infrastructure design.
  • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to discuss data architecture, data quality, and integration trade-offs with engineering teams.
  • Natural bias towards AI-first workflows - you reach for AI as a first instinct.
  • Strategic thinker able to connect integration-level decisions to overall product and business goals.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, bridging technical and non-technical audiences
  • Bonus:
    Experience with in the hospitality integrations space, including familiarity with Open Travel Alliance (OTA) API standard and HTNG Express.
