Responsibilities

Responsible for Audio Visual support in the Training Centre and Auditorium.

Responsible for the preparation of rooms in the Training Centre according to requests from clients.

Provide a service to the client between the following alternating working hours (7h00 – 16h00 and 8h00 – 17h00).

  • Knowledge and experience of Audio equipment and visual equipment

Scope (Complexities)
  • Technical knowledge of the different equipment utilized in the Training Centre and Auditorium
  • Knowledge of layout of rooms
  • Knowledge of the booking system and MS Office
Ad hoc
  • Complete ad hoc requests by management and the client to assist with the successful delivery of an integrated Facilities Management solution to the client in line with the Service Level Agreement
