Data, Analytics and Measurement Senior Specialist

The Data, Analytics & Measurement Specialist is responsible for developing custom reports and providing actionable insights to business stakeholders. This role requires collaboration with analytics teams to optimize site experiences and manage vendor relationships to leverage new features and technologies. Additionally, the role involves managing projects and ensuring best practices in reporting and visualization.

• Design, develop, and support web analytics instrumentation architecture.
• Regularly evaluate and update the analytics environment to ensure stability, flexibility, scalability, and future proofing.
• Develop custom JavaScript for Google Tag Manager to create events and triggers.

• Build and deliver standardized and custom reports for business stakeholders.
• Develop and manage dashboards, ensuring quality and accuracy through independent checks.
• Utilize Big Query for advanced data analysis and integration with Google Analytics.
• Implement and manage data solutions within Azure to support marketing analytics.

• Partner with analytics teams on measurement strategies for customized site experiences.
• Liaise with vendors and third-party representatives to maintain and develop relationships.
• Manage client relationships on medium-sized reporting and visualization projects, ensuring clear communication and detailed performance reporting.

• Managing media brand expectations.
• Day to day administration – meeting minutes, agendas and timing plans.
• Deadline and Project management
• Strategy guidance and input in order to drive the business objectives.
• Attending status /other meetings with media brands.
• Ensure monthly reporting and insights sessions take place and that the actionable outcomes are implemented by you and your team.
• Attend key client meetings.
• Uphold a positive working culture.

• Ensuring processes are in place with the rest of the team to deliver streamlined campaign performance and delivery.
• Scopes and estimates level of effort new projects with guidance from Directors and Head.
