Technical Support Administrator to join their Technical Support team in Muizenberg, Cape Town on a 3 month fixed-term contract
.

This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication between clients and the technical support team. You will act as the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails, manage support tickets, and keep systems updated while the technical team is engaged with other tasks.

• Handle and respond to client calls and emails promptly.
• Assign tickets to technical support staff and ensure timely follow-up.
• Track and update all support requests in the system to maintain accurate records.
• Bridge communication gaps when technical staff are unavailable, ensuring clients feel supported.
• Maintain and update trackers to monitor progress and resolution of client issues.
• Ensure all tickets are closed out properly and client satisfaction is achieved.

• Minimum of a Matric.
• Strong computer literacy and technical aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Previous experience in customer support or technical administration is advantageous.
• This is a full-time, on-site position in Muizenberg, Cape Town.
• Office hours:
  Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00.
• Contract type: 3 month fixed-term, with the potentially becoming a permanent position based on performance.
