You translate tech into simplicity, solve problems before they appear, and ensure every digital touchpoint works effortlessly so Mama can focus on what she does best: creating unforgettable experiences.

• Digital Guardian ️
  Oversee all IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure secure, stable, and uninterrupted operations across the property.

• Systems & Network Master
  Manage servers, connectivity, Wi-Fi performance, hardware, and software to deliver seamless technology experiences for guests and teams.

• Cybersecurity Protector
  Safeguard Mama’s digital environment by maintaining security standards, data protection practices, backups, and system integrity.

• Tech Support Hero ♂️
  Provide responsive IT support to team members, troubleshooting issues quickly and ensuring minimal operational disruption.

• Innovation Driver
  Identify new technologies and smart solutions that enhance efficiency, improve workflows, and elevate the guest experience.

• Systems Integrator
  Ensure smooth functionality and integration of hospitality systems including PMS, POS, finance, and operational platforms.

• Project & Implementation Leader ️
  Coordinate IT installations, upgrades, and system rollouts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business needs.

• Compliance Champion ✅
  Maintain IT policies, licensing, and brand standards while ensuring alignment with Ennismore and regulatory requirements.

• Vendor Relationship Manager
  Collaborate with external providers and partners to ensure service quality, performance standards, and cost efficiency.

• You have 5+ years of IT leadership experience in hospitality

• You’re calm under pressure and love solving puzzles ⚡
• You combine technical expertise with strong people skills
• You explain tech without jargon — making the complex feel easy
• You’re proactive, organized, and always one step ahead
