You’ll own quality across the entire product — the system that prices properties, manages tenancies, handles compliance, coordinates maintenance, and moves real money between real people every month.

We guarantee rent payments to landlords. Bugs cost us money or break trust with landlords. You need to care about that.

• Own the QA process end‑to‑end: test planning, execution, automation, and release sign‑off
• Write and maintain automated test suites — we want coverage that scales with the product
• Review user stories and acceptance criteria before engineering starts
• Test across the full stack: frontend flows, API integrations, AI‑generated outputs
• Define and enforce quality standards — what "done" means from a quality perspective
• Work directly with the CTO to build testing into the development process
• Triage and manage bugs with clear severity, reproduction steps, and priority

• 2–4 years in a QA or SDE role, ideally at a startup or fast‑moving product company
• Highly technical, passionate about craft and meticulous attention to detail
• Strong opinions on what good QA looks like, loosely held on how to get there
• Preferred:
  You’ve built automated test suites from scratch before

• Real estate or proptech experience
• Experience managing a QA team
• Expertise in a specific test framework

You’ll be the first dedicated QA hire. That means you define the testing culture, choose the tools, and build the automation infrastructure from scratch. Everything you put in place will be the foundation as the team scales. You’ll work directly with the CTO and ship daily.
