Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Senior Net Suite Administrator to take ownership of the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimisation of the Net Suite ERP environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with business users, improving system efficiency, and ensuring the stability, performance, and usability of Net Suite across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Net Suite platform, including user roles, permissions, workflows, and configurations
• Act as the primary point of contact for Net Suite-related support and system issues
• Manage system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and release coordination
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to translate business needs into Net Suite configurations
• Develop and maintain saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, and reports
• Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with internal controls
• Create and maintain system documentation, procedures, and user training materials

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years hands-on experience as a Net Suite Administrator
• Strong knowledge of Net Suite configuration, user management, workflows, and reporting
• Experience supporting ERP processes across finance, order management, and operations
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues and work with developers or vendors where required
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment

Qualifications

• Net Suite certification(s) highly advantageous
• Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience
