Key Requirements

Experience:

5+ years in e-commerce management, preferably in a retail environment.

Education:

Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.

Customer-Centric Mindset:
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and optimising the digital journey.

Technical

Skills:

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Woo Commerce, etc.), digital marketing, and analytics tools.

Leadership:
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with marketing, IT, and operations.

Data-Driven Approach:
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.

Innovation & Agility:
Ability to adapt to evolving market trends and drive digital transformation.
