Conversion Specialist; Google, Meta & Bing

Remote | EST Hours | Part-Time (Potential Full-Time).

We’re seeking a senior-level specialist to design, implement, and maintain end-to-end conversion tracking and attribution systems across paid ads and SEO. This role owns performance data from click to closed deal, ensuring accuracy across complex funnels and multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and manage full-funnel conversion tracking & attribution (lead → revenue).
• Implement and maintain GA4, Google Tag Manager, ad platform pixels, and conversion APIs.
• Define and manage primary/secondary conversion events across multi-step funnels.
• Diagnose and resolve data discrepancies, tracking gaps, and attribution issues.
• Build and maintain CRM-based tracking (Click Up & Go High Level ).
• Sync CRM, analytics, and ad platforms for accurate lifecycle and revenue attribution.
• Create and optimize Zapier automations connecting ads, websites, and CRMs.
• Collaborate with paid media, SEO, and PM teams to align tracking with KPIs.
• Document tracking systems, automations, and SOPs for scalability.

Required Experience:

• Senior-level expertise in conversion tracking & attribution for paid ads and SEO.
• Advanced hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, and major ad platforms.
• Strong experience with Click Up, Go High Level  (GHL), and Zapier.
• Deep understanding of multi-touch attribution, full-funnel tracking, and privacy constraints.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and systems-thinking mindset.
• Excellent English communication skills.
