Job Purpose
As Program Manager you will be coordinating a team of multi-departmental team leads responsible for driving the strategic execution, cross-functional synergy, and high-stakes delivery of the Real Fi ecosystem, ensuring decentralized finance solutions are successfully integrated with real-world applications. You will report directly to the Head of Product, and work closely with the Product, GTM, Operations, and Engineering Team Leads to ensure that the program's progress, risks, and dependencies are visible to the entire team, management and program stakeholders.
The role is one of a servant leader, who keeps pace with the introduction of relevant agile / lean tools and techniques, and removes obstacles and blockers that might get in the way of delivery by creating the right environment for the team to succeed, helping the team to self organise and creating a culture of learning and transparency.
As part of a management leadership team, you will use your agility, know-how, creativity, and delivery powers to solve issues as well as mentor and empower the Real Fi team to succeed.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the Real Fi Launch Plan, including coordinating work streams across technology, Go-To-Market (GTM), operations, investments, and legal.Manage cross-functional dependencies and serve as an escalation point for blockers and other risks.Develop and manage the RAID Log (Risks, Actions, Issues and Dependencies), keep it updated with all project actions, and coordinate with individuals and teams on status of all items.Review high-level milestones across work streams and help manage the scope to mitigate risk across projects.Define, influence, and implement agile project governance frameworks to support the success of your management team.Partner with Legal and Compliance work streams to ensure the program launch plan accounts for global regulatory milestones and jurisdictional requirements specific to Real World Assets (RWAs).Managing Vendor selection, engagement and SoWs preparation. Ensuring that contracts are according to standards and managing that the delivery is as expected/agreed.Bridge the gap between decentralized agility and enterprise-grade reporting, ensuring the Real Fi leadership has a clear, data-backed view of program health, budget burn, and velocity.Continuously communicate with the Real Fi management team and analyze risk to keep projects on track and aligned with the overall budgetProviding regular updates to Real Fi Leadership, cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders on the team’s capabilities, including early warning detection of under resourcing or over workConstantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholdersCollate and present reports defining project progress, problems and solutionsContribute to budgeting for the program as part of the yearly processAssist Real Fi Line Managers and the HR and recruitment teams to fill openings, including job requisitions, screening and interviewing when/as required.Key Competencies

Blockchain Development experience is a plus.5 yrs+ Project Management experience.2+ Program Manager experience.Experience coaching teams and maturing Agile delivery practices within challenging environments.Proven experience in people management.Proven experience in risk management.Proven experience in change management.Proficient in project management software.Proven experience leading, coordinating, and organizing remote teams in a collaborative environment.Experience in managing one's own and other’s work effort including time management, estimation, completion, issue identification & resolution, and status reporting.Excellent verbal and written communication, and ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical groups.Knowledge and understanding of SDLC (but you are not required to have hands-on involvement).
