Role OverviewWe are seeking a systems-oriented Growth & Outbound Operations Specialist to design, build, and manage outbound and revenue automation infrastructure. This role exists to architect and operate the outbound engine, enabling scalable prospecting and pipeline generation. You will work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to build repeatable systems, optimize campaigns, and ensure clean data and CRM processes. The ideal candidate is process-driven, analytical, and highly comfortable with automation and multi-channel outbound tools.

- Drive consistent pipeline generation through structured outbound systems.
- Optimize outbound campaigns to increase reply and meeting rates.
- Reduce manual effort by automating lead management and CRM workflows.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate reporting to support strategic decisions.
- Improve engagement and performance of newsletters and outbound communications.
- Prospecting Infrastructure – 25%
- Define and refine ideal customer profile (ICP) segments.
- Build prospecting workflows using tools such as Clay, Apollo, Lusha, or similar platforms.
- Enrich, verify, and segment lead data.
- Maintain CRM data hygiene and integrity.
- Develop repeatable list-building processes.
- Outbound Campaign Management – 30%
- Build and manage multi-touch Linked In automation sequences.
- Build and optimize cold email campaigns (Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo).
- Manage email domain warm-up and deliverability.
- Conduct A/B testing of messaging.
- Monitor reply and meeting rates; optimize campaign performance.
- Coordinate handoff of qualified leads to sales or founder.
- CRM and Sales Automation – 20%
- Design and manage pipeline stages.
- Implement lead scoring logic.
- Automate tagging, routing, and follow-up processes.
- Build dashboards to track pipeline metrics and performance.
- Integrate prospecting tools with CRM and outbound systems.
- Newsletter and Distribution – 15%
- Build and manage recurring newsletter campaigns.
- Format and publish founder-led content.
- Segment audiences appropriately.
- Track engagement metrics (open rates, click-through rates).
- Optimize engagement over time.
- Template and Asset Management – 10%
- Maintain Figma templates for decks, one-pagers, and case studies.
- Update marketing and sales collateral.
- Ensure consistency across outbound assets.
- Prepare visual materials for campaigns and newsletters.
- 3+ years of experience in Growth, Revenue Operations, Demand Generation, or Outbound Operations.
- Demonstrated experience building outbound systems from the ground up.
- Proficiency with prospecting and enrichment tools (Clay, Apollo, Lusha, etc.).
- Experience managing email deliverability and domain health.
- Strong CRM experience (Hub Spot, Close, Pipedrive, or similar).
- Analytical mindset with focus on metrics and performance optimization.
- Ability to work independently in a startup environment.
- Experience in B2B sales environments.
- Experience targeting healthcare, pharmacy, or enterprise markets.
