IT Infrastructure Specialist South Africa | Permanent | Sun-Thu working week Yes, you read that right - Sundays to Thursdays. Because while the rest of the world is sleeping in on a Monday, you'll already be two coffee cups deep into keeping a bank's infrastructure humming across continents.

If you're a cloud-wrangling, firewall-configuring, incident-crushing machine who thrives in a banking environment, keep reading.

• 6-10 years in IT infrastructure or systems engineering
• Strong cloud expertise in Azure and/or AWS design, implementation, and management
• Experience with network architecture: VPNs, firewalls, routing
• Identity and access management know-how
• Banking or financial services background preferred
• L2/L3 escalation experience – you don't just find the problem, you own it through to resolution
• Security-first mindset with solid understanding of compliance and vulnerability management
• DR/BCP experience with real recovery testing under your belt

This is a role for someone who likes their infrastructure like they like their espresso – strong, reliable, and with zero downtime.
