Digital Marketing Manager needed for a leading organisation in the performance, learning, and talent-development space. This organisation helps businesses enhance people capability and drive meaningful transformation and is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with a strong B2B background to join their marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B digital marketing, with expertise in SEO, email campaigns, marketing automation (preferably Hub Spot), analytics, and Linked In advertising.

Experience managing a webmaster or social media administrator is a bonus.

• Execute B2B digital marketing campaigns across SEO, email, and Linked In.
• Manage Hub Spot automation, workflows, segmentation, and reporting.
• Oversee website performance and support webmaster-related tasks.
• Track, analyse, and report on digital metrics and performance insights.
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders in Event Marketing, Content Marketing, and Design.

• 7+ years' experience in B2B digital marketing.
• Strong hands‑on experience in SEO, email marketing, analytics, Linked In advertising, and marketing automation.
• Hub Spot proficiency preferred.
• Highly analytical, tech‑savvy, and detail‑oriented.
• Self‑starter who can work independently in a virtual‑first environment.
• Experience managing webmasters or social media administrators is a plus.
