Role Overview

Help us build and scale the core platform for Clairo AI, enabling fast, safe delivery of AI products to millions. You'll own infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and security, driving operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

6+ years in Dev Ops/SRE/Platform Engineering
Deep production experience with Kubernetes and Helm
Proficiency in Python and Bash; working knowledge of Go/Type Script/C#
Strong IaC (Terraform) and CI/CD (Git Hub Actions preferred) skills
Experience with AWS/Azure, observability, and Postgre

SQL/Redis
Proven ability to mentor engineers and lead cross-team initiatives

What You'll Do

Evolve platform infrastructure for reliability, security, and scalability
Own the CI/CD pipeline, from architecture to progressive delivery
Design and enforce infrastructure standards for safe, frictionless shipping
Lead production readiness, incident response, and capacity planning
