Managed Services Specialist - Spanish Speaking

As a Managed Services Specialist, you will be responsible for executing platform configuration requests to support our customers in getting the most value from our platform. This is an execution‑focused role, ideal for someone eager to develop expertise in data structuring, platform workflows, and customer success operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Configure and manage dashboard setups, search creation, alert management, and other platform requests.
- Execute standard Managed Services tasks with increasing independence.
- Ensure high‑quality data structuring to improve platform accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success (CS) and Premium Support teams to address customer needs via a ticketing system.
- Learn and apply best practices in data organization and customer workflows.
- Work under guidance from senior team members, progressively developing technical expertise and problem‑solving skills.
What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Managed Services, SaaS Support, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Interest in solving customer challenges or requests within the capabilities of our product suite.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams and work efficiently in a structured environment.
- Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and adapt. Basic familiarity with SaaS platforms, digital tools, or ticketing systems is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a Managed Services environment within a SaaS business.
- Knowledge of data operations, integrations, or reporting workflows.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello).
- Basic technical knowledge (APIs, databases, data formats) is a plus.
